Identify a fear related to the lost confidence.I used to do something all the time, then 1 day I messed up very badly and got yelled at. I then went on and never did it again in fear It would happen again. Focus on your tribe.I think having friends/family to talk to is one of the most important things in life. I can take the next thing that comes along.’ ”--Eleanor Roosevelt Every time I mess up really badly, I always stay quiet for a few minutes and think about what I could of done better or worse.
